On the 16th of May, Jim Scott, our Head of Trainee Recruitment and Development, attended the 30/30 Employer Engagement Event hosted by Walderslade Girls' School. This event was a fantastic initiative that brought together 30 A-level students and 30 employers for speed networking, providing the students with valuable insights into various work environments across different sectors.
Jim had the pleasure of speaking with students from the sixth form, including students from the host school and Greenacre Academy. Jim was impressed by their enthusiasm, confidence, and engaging personalities.
