On 30th October 2025, the Royal British Legion is hosting their London Poppy Day abseil event at London Waterloo Station — part of their annual fundraising appeal supporting veterans and their families.
The event took place from an existing Alltask scaffolding structure, originally installed as part of ongoing works at the station for our valued client Octavius Infrastructure. We are proud that our scaffold is being safely used for such a meaningful cause.
London Poppy Day brings together over 1,000 serving personnel from the Royal Navy, British Army, and Royal Air Force, along with hundreds of volunteers collecting donations across 70 stations and workplaces throughout the city.
It’s an honour to see our work providing the platform - quite literally - for a moment that helps raise awareness and support for those who have served.
