Supporting Future Talent in the Community

Alltask Recruitment Engaging With The Local Community

Our Head of Trainee Recruitment & Development, Jim Scott, has been out and about conducting a range of engagement activities with schools and local organisations, helping to promote career opportunities and support young people as they prepare for the world of work.

Recently, Jim attended Careers Fairs at The Victory Academy in Chatham and Putteridge High School in Luton, where he spoke with students about potential career pathways within the construction industry. He also conducted mock interviews at Brompton Academy and The Hundred of Hoo Academy, helping students develop confidence and interview skills.

Within the local community, Jim has assisted CC Cousins with preparations for their Careers Compass event, which will be held at MidKent College in Gillingham on 19 October. The event aims to connect students with employers and provide valuable guidance on future career opportunities.

At Alltask, we remain committed to supporting education, developing future talent, and helping young people make informed decisions about their careers.
