Supporting Trainee Development Through Site Engagement

Alltask Supporting Staff Development Through Site Visits

A key part of the Trainee Programme is visiting trainees at work, checking in with them to ensure they are happy with the work they are doing, updating them on their progress, and discussing the plan for their continued development.

These visits also provide an opportunity to gather valuable feedback from trainees, helping us to continually review and enhance the programme to ensure it delivers the best possible experience and support.

During these visits, our Head of Trainee Recruitment & Development, Jim Scott, visited trainees working on street projects in St Albans and Luton, at the LNG Terminal on the Isle of Grain, and on a range of London-based projects, including Bush House, the London School of Economics, and Project Apple.

By maintaining regular contact with trainees across various sectors and projects, Alltask continues to support their personal development, monitor progress, and continue to build the skilled workforce of the future.
