Kier London

Imperial College London

2016 - 2019

Project Overview:

Alltask were briefed by Kier London to install multiple scaffold structures safely and on program with minimum disruption to the students. We used a mixture of tube and fitting and HAKI system scaffolds and worked closely with the client to provide safe solutions in areas with high pedestrian footfall. All operatives carried Safety Critical Medicals and supervisors attended Kier supervisor/behavioural training before the project commenced. Alltask regularly achieved Kiers highest KPI award to become a Top 10 best performing Subcontractor.

• Black tower handrail – tube and fitting handrail system clad in acoustic barriers for noise reduction. • Foyer scaffold – large birdcage scaffold to provide access to foyer works whilst foyer remained open. • Flight Arena Scaffold – large free standing independent scaffold for façade access providing a gantry loading area and hoist fixing access. • RAL specific HAKI CLAD structures to match the Colleges colour scheme. • Live environment meant we worked over bank holidays, loading out at nights and weekends.
