The speed of mobilisation, professionalism on site, and the collaborative way in which everyone worked was genuinely impressive. Stabilising the fire-damaged buildings, clearing the affected materials, and enabling the railway to be restored safely and efficiently was no small task — particularly under the time pressures involved.
Your leadership and the coordinated effort across all partners ensured the works were delivered safely, effectively and at pace, allowing us to restore operational services as quickly as possible. That outcome was critical for the railway and our passenger and freight services, and it reflects extremely well on everyone involved.

I’m equally glad we were all able to respond quickly, safely and in such a coordinated way at Primrose Hill. The way your team, along with the other contractors involved, came together to support the incident response was outstanding.
