In Q4, our teams delivered a strong mix of rail, infrastructure, heritage, and commercial projects across the South East. We supported Octavius Infrastructure at Chalkwell Station and OCU Group at Denham Diversion, while United Living Property Services commissioned multiple scaffold projects across Bromley and Merton. Our rail capability remained central, with VolkerFitzpatrick awarding access works for the VTB1 15/15A programme at Intersection Bridge Structure 15.
Heritage works continued at pace, with Willmott Dixon Interiors for conservation and enabling scaffolds at the Royal Observatory Greenwich. We also delivered design and access scaffolds at Bush House for Kier Construction Ltd, underpinning major refurbishment activities.
