Jim Scott recently represented Alltask Limited at several events supporting young people’s career development and strengthening links between education and industry.
At the Waterfront UTC Employer Advisory Board, he joined other employers to discuss how education can better equip students with career-ready skills and engaged directly with students who showed strong confidence and curiosity.
He also attended the CC Cousins Careers Fair, meeting Medway students and sharing insights into construction careers and opportunities at Alltask.
Most recently, Jim took part in the Year 13 Mock Interview Event at The Howard School, helping students build interview and communication skills while learning about their future aspirations.
